Scottish because it was a line from the movie "So I Married and Axe Murderer". Michael Myers played Charlie and his own dad (who spoke with a thick scottish brogue). Very funny movie. Charlie was in the loo, while his gf and his dad waited in the living room, and his dad said, "Hey Charlie, light a match".

He does a good scottish accent.
