Championship Play-Off FinalBlackpool 3 Cardiff City2Adam, Taylor-Fletcher, Omenrod. Chopra, Ledley.
what a great game, was in the Shakespear in Manchester watching the 1st half. a brilliant Charlie Adam free-kick for the 1st equaliser. fucking Blackpool in the prem, great.
Champions League FinalBayern Munich0 Inter Milan 2Milito 2.
Bayern dominated possesion, but could break the Inter defence. Robben played well, but the final ball in lack precision. Milito took both his goals brilliantly and Jose is now going to be Real's manager.

I cannot stand mourinho. I pray that he becomes real's manager. Seeing barca defeat madrid and mourinho at the same time would be glorious for me.
On another note, what are your predictions for tomorrows international friendly?

Mourinho is forever a dick, though I suppose he adds intrest to football. He's the kind of character you love to hate.

Tonight 10:00 Channel 5
Mike Bassett: England Manager
Margaret: Mike, here's the squad list, and I've given copies to the press, like you asked.
Mike: Ah, well done, Margaret, thank you... hey, hang on a minute! There's 28 names here, I only picked 26.
Margaret: Well, that was the list you gave me.
Mike: Tony Hedges, York City? I didn't pick him, love.
Margaret: You must have done, Mike. I wouldn't have put him down, otherwise.
Mike: Never heard of him, have I? And who's this clown? Ron Benson, Plymouth Argyle?
Margaret: Look, Mike, they were on the list of players that you gave me!
Mike: [holding up the cigarette box he wrote the squad list on] Oh, come on, love! Show me where it says "Benson and Hedges" on that.

I'll think you'll find that Chelsea is a tad better than the League of Ireland. No offense to the Irish. While I do want to see a great match it usually isn't, unfortunately.

He came on as sub, played well, dunno if he's the finished article yet but certainly looks good. Fergie's one of the best at turning promising young players into great players so I reckon you (and Mexico!) can rest assured he's in very good hands
Iliad, yeah there'd be something seriously wrong if either United or Chelsea conceded 7 against their closest rivals!

A new season(of hope?) begins this afternoon for Stockport County. After the worst 14 months in the clubs long history, we are finally under new ownership, the 2015 Group, which was formed by local business people. We have a new manager in Paul Simpson and he is at last able to sign players instead of sell them.
So, back from the brink of extinction, I will be happy with a mid-table finish and to win more games than we lose. A tall order, maybe, but I have hope and faith. Good luck against Southend today lads. Amino et Fide.
To all the influential people at David Farms Ltd....you failed and I hope you rot in hell......

I meant that he was voted by the fans to be in the starting 11 for the next Premier season, next to Rooney. I certainly hope that he can learn all he can from Sir Alex Ferguson and that he becomes a better player.

Chelsea 1-3 United
Lovely! 1st trophy of the season, more to follow
Valencia, Hernandez and (shockingly enough) Berbatov.
Nice. Especially as this means Chelsea have lost about 4 games before the season even starts!
Early predictions time;
Top 4 to be United, Chelsea, Spurs, Arsenal (not necessarily, yet hopefully, in that order)
Bottom 3 to be Blackpool, West Brom and Stoke
Liverpool and City for 5th and 6th

Fixed. Also we have, although we have been just testing out our next generation.

Is O'Neill going? I thought he was gonna stay for life... Fickle bunch these football types.
Can't see City finishing top 4 tbh, I just don't rate Mancini and am so glad Mourinho opted for Madrid instead!

i would go with your top 4.
18th Newcastle
19th Wolves
20th Blackpool
I'm quite happy with our signings. Kolarov looks great and so does Boateng. I'm not so happy that Bellamy will be going.
Rangers have signed a player. the 1st one in nearly 2 years. welcome James Beattie, you should do well playing off Miller.

Celtic 2-0 Utrecht
Much better! Two decent goals and a comfortable victory. A good few of our new lads played well; Kayal, the big swedish defender and juarez.
In the shock of Rangers actually buying a few players (one for £4 mil

) this could turn out to be an interesting season.

Course you would daz

i do kind of hope city do well, even as a LFC fan... your lot need to get their shit together though after that shambles against spurs. Tevez is going to miss bellamy...
*sigh* the top three are the top three. Liv, MCFC, spurs - maybe even (whisper it) everton - playing for 4th spot. Torres finally looked sharp again tonight tho and i can feel a warm glow spreading, although that may just be my incontinence
