For starters, I also like the first gameplay option...
Its look that majority agree with Oaktown,so i belive that we have gameplay option Winner.
Gimil or Oaktown when you have time you can remove Vote poll

Now i understand what Andy say.So you want to i give opinion abouth mine map.
Well like in Ardennes Offensive,people dont give feedback,and these can be only one reason-satisfy with Graphic,gameplay and theme of map. These map have chance to rapidly move to FF and be quenched in short period,but depend of MOd time to do these. I belive that i fix all major problem what these map have and that its ready for next stage.

Well feedback what i get so far is positive,and i belive that if people dont like ,he will say"i dont like" or "I dont satisfy with these and these"
Aim very happy,that present feedback is very positive,and these is good sign that aim in right way.I belive that you are pleased with these map to,and that you also have positive opinion abouth Imperium Romanum map.

Qwert. I'm sorry to say that I really haven't followed this map. At first glance it's very nice. I'll post some constructive feedback when I get a chance to really look more closely at it - either tonight or tomorrow.

just because people dont come by and say "hey i like this" doesnt mean that people dont like it; however thats the same the other way around, people might not post because they dont find it interesting or something. im not saying that they dont but im just wondering...

I do not usually comment on gameplay, because i do not think i am qualify to understand gameplay good.
I will however, comment on the graphics.
There are several things i think could be better on yours map.
1. in bonus legend, you have white design for separation, but in Alpes/Roma legend you have black. I think black would be best on both. It looks awkward having those two different items.
2. "B...Pontus" text near IBERIA seems lonely out there by self, like it is just stuck there. maybe you make bonus legend outline bigger and put text and symbol in as part of legend or maybe make it own legend there
3. I should have mentioned this one before, but some of the army circles like on Classis Britannica are behind the text. This mean that 888 digit may run over text and you know this is not good. could you move the army army to in front of text so that text sit behind circle like on Classis Ponitca.
4. the color of the Germania Iberia Sarmatia area is different from the Phazania Gaetulia area...perhaps make them the same -> t-o-m
5. The
CA
LA
LO
TA....
items for each town bonus are not straight in alignment...could you make them all left align in straight line.
6. Germania Inforior...Superior...etc could look better if they were all same alignment.

Why?You dont see what is playabile area? I belive that its not so good when some map have to much special effect. These map present Imperium Romanum in ancient paper,so only thing who is on paper can have shadows.

graphically it is anice map but i think the gameplay is abit of a mess!!! just looking south of the map confuses me

No its not a mess.After one game you will understand Gameplay very nice.
I can give you small examle.
Waterlo,whas for me in first look very confusing map,but after two game aim very good learn gameplay of these map,and now these gameplay its more interesting then some other maps who have normal gameplay.

1.Well i try to create fell of stone letters like in ancient Rome,if you think that these is bad i will put to be black.
2.I will create to have own box.
3.Well you not follow topic,i announce that these issue(not only for Brittanica but for Assyria also)will be solve when i start creating XML code,because in that way i will better know where to move names.
4.Its diferent,because old ancient paper its not same,and have diferent...(i dont know how to write these in english).So its normal to be like now.
5.Consider finish.
6.Well i also these follow in old maps,where names of some countries and provinces,drops in all directions,i hope that you agree with these.

I think you need to have some negatives it's all very well having bonuses but surely we need to get across the idea of uprisings etc. so maybe for every 10 territories you lose one person as "upkeep of army". The graphics are looking great but it's an empire, the larger an empire the more units it costs. And things similar to that. I presume you wanted me here for gameplay, because graphics are definately not my thing.

Yes, and possibly for every 10 territories you lose an army to place. So you can only place 2 instead of 3. I presume you will be adding bonuses for regions. "Conscript Bonus"
