Is it Christopher Plummer? - I know he's credited on
GTA: San Andreas and I'm pretty sure he was in one of the later
Star Trek films (can't remember which one though

Well nobody has it still.
It's Carrier Sense Multiple-Access/Collision Detection.
Basically, it's a communication protocol used in Ethernet networks.
