To be serious, in Phatscotty's defense, which so far has been embarrassing to me, the issue of gay marriage and gay adoption should be delegated to the States--according to the Constitution. If anyone would like to argue against my Appeal to the Constitution argument (lightly explained
here), then they're free to use the constitution against me, or maybe even use the Declaration of Independence.
If not, they can present some other argument based on whatever grounds.
