Well unfortunately Mutaant never accepted my game invite/challenge, and its been 9 days, since my invite. don't like winning by a forfeit, but it looks like he's still MIA.

I sent Mutaant the invites, but it would not go through, he has not played in over 30 days. If he can't play will be glad to pick someone else from the ladder in a couple days

You sent your challenge to him on Saturday...There is nothing I can do about inactives...let's give this until Thursday and see what happens. If he is still inactive, then I will count it as a forfeit.

I got the challenge recorded for you. There is nothing in the rules that says you have to play all of your games at once. We allow Freemiums to play one game at a time.

We have not finished the two games he sent me. I have always made an effort to play all 3 challenge games concurrently, to keep the process moving along. I understand freemiums need to play slower, but it seems silly to wait and see if the third game is needed when both players have premium.

Thanks for the potential charity, but that's not how I want to do it. Rule 7 addresses freemium players, but I could not find anything explicitly saying all 3 games must be concurrent.

He missed another invite last night. That makes two random 1v1 games (random player joined before I could re-invite or drop) I would not normally play against the public. Thankfully they are both LT or higher so the donation will be small.
