First game of second round of this stage has been sent out to everybody. To make it maybe a bit easier to follow - 4th game of this stage and there's overall 12 games in one stage.

It's so crazy, I know that there's EuropA and EuropE and I double checked before creating these games not to make the mistake I have made

I apologise for the mistake and especially to those who like the other map more but I have decided that the game will count in the tournament and it won't be recreated in the other Europe/a map. I feel that it would prolong the tournament more than needed and as both of those maps are quite straightforward then the variety might be actually good for the extremely long tournament. Any objections?

Another game in Freemi group (also known as Group B) has finished and therefore I've sent out new game for both groups. This time it's game 2 of round 2 which is the dreaded forever-taking part of the tournament.

Game 8086040 Our last Round 1 game is over.

Round 1 of Stage 3 is fully done and now can be found on the scoreboard. In group A danryan and GlobeSmack are in a tie to first place with 47 points (ignore the round 1 score, overall is correct). In group B Joe B. has taken a quite sure lead for now. Round 2 of this stage is fully active for awhile now, with a couple of eliminations. But, as you know, these games take a long time to finish so I'll probably hold back with updates for the next month or so.

Huh, I haven't forgotten you, really. So, there have been some eliminations in the dreaded Round 2 games but none of them have finished yet. There's hope that some will end sooner (or later) but for now it seems that I'll be back again in a month

I also noticed that group B (the one with freemiums who dictate the speed of the tournament) has finished their second game in round 2 and therefore both groups have received second game of third round.

Replacement has been made. Redbaron0 replaces pimphawks70 who has not joined his latest game and has deadbeated out of several games before. acores2005 was supposed to be the replacement but it seems that he has got a ban from CC and therefore my last reserve in this stage will be brought in. In the future if a player drops out from the tournament then the group will continue with 7 players (hopefully things won't come to that).

I noticed that both freemium players are alive only in 2 games, therefore it was time to send out third game of round 3 to both groups.

All 6 games of third round are active now. Group A has two finished games now in round 2 which means that both groups have only 1 active game left in that round.

There's a new nifty widget of adding attachments to posts in these forums. For this tournament it's quite useful in my opinion. As you have noticed surely then I haven't updated the scoreboard since January because I do it only when a round has fully ended. Attachment is a lot easier to remove/add updated version than it is with an image. So, I will be sharing my Stage 3 scoreboard in the first post of this topic as excel file (1997-2003 compatibility) so you would be more up to date with current standings and that you could check if I have made everything correctly

Both groups still have the 1 game active of the second round. In round 3, group A has 3 games active and group B 2 games. Right now can't send out any new games. As soon as group B finishes one game then I will send out first game of round 4 to both groups.

Alright, we are moving on slowly which for this tournament is a good sign We are still in Stage 3 (just to make clear). Both groups have 1 active game in round 2 and as group B has only 1 active in round 3 (group A has 2 games) then I can send out first game of round 4 (which I have just done). As the assassin games hardly go into stalemate then I'm hoping all games (except the kinda stalemates of round 2 and 3) to be over in... 2-3 months?

You've been so very patient with me so I think you deserve a reward for it - an updated scoreboard!

Round 1 is fully done (like mentioned before), round 2 includes only finished game (games 1 and 3 for group A, games 1 and 2 for group B), round 3 has also only finished games (game 2 for group A, all 3 games for group B).

This leaves active games to:

• Group A. 2 in round 2, 2 in round 3 and 1 in round 4 (+1 sent out + 1 left for future)
• Group B. 1 in round 2, none in round 3 and 1 in round 4 (+1 sent out + 1 left for future)

Edit. Just a note about the scoreboard. I didn't sort the order in the overall standings because I forgot I won't be redoing the scoreboard for now but will fix for the next update
