There next opponents will be the victor of the D.Islerealbrown/A Man's part vs Eolver/Okiewind7 battle.

On another note...Teams that are taking too long to join their matches will find their opportunities drying up! It's not fair to your opponents and it's not fair to the integrity and continuity of this league! Simply put, if you're going to be away from your computer for awhile let either me or your teammate know so we can make the according adjustments. If you just don't want to participate, that's fine too....But could you be classy enough to let us know!

Having looked at the games played so far i have to say V.J. does have a point.

They have an impressive 4-1 score and fast bloody KO's which does stand for something right?

Why not give them a shot, if they are not worth it, they wont win anyway, right?

Hey GAV - next time, put us against a team that won't miss 3 turns in the first 3 rounds! (mostly okiewind, eolver's was probably an honest mistake).

I have never played a game against okie where they haven't missed at least 1 turn. On my short but sweet ignore list now.

As you well know, DavSav and Gotheart86 destroyed Capt Killroy and Maniacmath17 in the 6th round to retain their title! Now, here are some results you may not have known:

Chard/Condor came back nicely with a convincing tko of Ronaldinho and his new partner,JoeyJordisan in the 6th!
Fireside Poet/Dixie managed to pull out a tko in the 9th round against a very gritty and determined Evil Semp and the not-as-evil, Mrs Semp!
I'm sure you heard about V.J./Zorro taking out Philbert/Bretzsky with a savage Ko in the 4th!
The most impressive performance of this league so far comes from my partner, Koolbak, who managed to squeak out a 15 round split decision over Bighab/IT3USN after I'd been taken out early! I get misty-eyed thinking about it, partner....pass me a kleenex..
Duggcarr1/AAfitz won their debut match quite impressively with a shocking 4th round knock out of JTFR/Nappyboneapart!(I'd keep an eye out for these savvy newcomers!)
Casper/Nickfoxx won their match by disqualification because their opponent was a no-show.(Personal reasons!)
Allmighty/Invincible blasted Lord Bailey and Sidvicous into submission in the 6th round.
Zack/Gunisan went the distance, outpointing hendy/Alan roper for the win.(Another team to look out for!)
And a special congratulations to Cramill and wfd336 who won their 1st fight with an 8th round ko of Sammy gags and Nascarfan! Way too go, guys!
Barbie and Cofari have put it all together once again and look to be back on track after demolishing newcomers Mr huhn/freyme in the 5th!

Believe it or not, there are still fights going on...This is largely due to some fighters taking way too long to get into the ring. I'm keeping track of the late joiners and if the tardiness continues...It'll be Evander Holyfield time. Forced retirement!
On a positive note, I am also keeping track of those who join quickly and e-mail their partners. Guess who gets the choice fights? The next round has started and everyone that I initially pm'd last night are already in the ring awaiting their next opponents! Excellent work, guys...Again...the tears of joy....I said I wouldn't do this...
