Sources tell Axios that Biden starts to work at 10 a.m. everyday and is ""dependably engaged" until about 4 p.m. After that point, though, he becomes increasingly incoherent. While traveling, he also may become confused and unsure of where he is.
Four months ago, the U.S. Department of Justice officially determined they could not bring criminal charges against Biden due to severe mental incompetence.

There are some compelling arguments for replacing Joe with Hunter. You could still use BIDEN ‘24 campaign regalia. He’s a generation younger. And the fact that he’s a convicted felon could attract Republican voters.
