Wow...that filled up quick...
Taking reserves from this point on...since we still have a couple weeks until the regular season begins, I will put out one preseason (noncounting) game for each team, so we can all get a feel for how the scoring format will work...then we'll start with Week 1!!!

i'm a freebie and I can only join four games at once how many of the Quarters should I join at once. for instance should I join all four Quarters at once and just join the special team game after I finish one of the Quarters.

I would suggest joining the special teams game first, and at least the 1st quarter, and just try to devote 2 of your slots to this tourney for the season...That's how I'm (a fellow freebie) am planning to do it

If it's getting late in the week and you're game isn't finished, maybe devote a third slot in necessary, but I think that would be rare.
Good question

Witt13 question:
So here is my first question... So for example, Game 5516947 I won in 3 rounds... And the mission territory originally dropped as a neutral...
Now I ended up just taking the mission territory right before I finished the game for fun... Even though I didn't need to. But do I still get the +3 points for having it, even though the game didn't reach 5 rounds? Essentially, my question is... Was it worth taking that neutral/mission territory before eliminating my opponent? Understand what I'm getting at?
flex's answer:
Yes...I'll make that clarification in the rules...if the game ends before 5 rounds then yes winning with the mission territory controlled will score the field goal.

The preseason also gives me as T.O. a chance to experiment a bit...
A minor tweak in the scoring system...I'm taking out the "prevent your opponent from turning in cards" 2 point safety.
It ended up being a lot of extra tracking for something that would rarely be scored anyway.
Also, I should note that for those using Arms Race!...bunkers do not count toward your "bonus" count...however all others do...Uranium, Scientists, Presidents, etc.
