the clock now foe as seconds pound,
to luck as worthy as our skill,

and so the race is on once more,
the devil's dice and chance his whore,
the ticking crash of painful whim,
as number lists have counted jim,

till atmosphere has deafened sound,
as sextal system sets its will,
the final roll leaves sense not found,
swap random org for bitter pill!
