how can you expect your poll to be taken seriously if there isnt a 'reinstate neither' option.
it is impossible for them to prove to us that they are 2 separate people. and frankly if the mods re-examined it and still came back with guilty, there is probably a damn good reason. ive seen them over-turn busts before. it happens. something that they did must have been shady.

my guess is that olkok after joining mrmoody's free premium giveaway tournament, realized that he could increase his chances of winning the tournament, made a new account for his 'son' signed up for the tournament minutes later. because this would be legitimate abuse of the system, and would be a rightful bust.. YOU ALL KNOW THAT THEY CHECK MORE THAN IP'S. theyve unbusted king herpes a bunch of times, and hes a horrible douche! have you all gone retarded? i found this after looking at them for like 10 minutes.

Yes, I checked it out. Nothing points towards them being multis. I've taken part in busting many multis, there are callsigns of multis, especially in their behaviour and the language they use. There is no hint that these two are multis.

There's one problem with this theory. smokespride joined the site on Jan 03, the tournament thread started on Feb 05. So unless olkok has the power of brain future vision, then your idea don't hold water.

I tend to think there is more to it than has been put out there. We've heard olkok's side of things-obviously in a situation designed to put him in the best light. There must, however, be more to it that what has been said. I often play with family members (my daughter, nephew, niece, brother and sister-in-law all play to some extent) and have only once had an issue (which was my fault and handled quickly and smoothly to all's satisfaction). We have occassionally, at family gatherings, all played consecutively from the same computer in a family game without issues. Recently on a vacation to florida my brother and I both took our turns from the same computer so I know from experience that merely having two users taking turns from the same computer does not trigger a bust. If that were the case, account sitting would be much more difficult to do wouldn't it. So there has to be more than we've been told.
I'd agree that under the facts presented that olkok and smokespride should be reinstated but am withholding my support until i know all the facts of the case (which I probably never well).

it just seems to me that if a freemium wanted more chances to win free premiums (which most of the tourneys smokespride has joined are for that) then they would create another account to increase their chances. and this doesnt seem like an unreasonable scenario. and would be a legitimate reason to bust someone...
EDIT: and for those people that are gonna say "but olkok is premium", we dont know if he was premium at the time....

signing in and out of each others account doesn't help things at all.... of course that looks like multis. and the hunters do have other things they look at besides IP address. just because they don't give you every bit of information they have, doesn't mean there isn't any more..

Answer: Yes, both are saved in Firefox. So yes smokespride could have gotten into the olkok account without me knowing or by clicking the wrong username by mistake.
Has the user of the olkok account ever signed into the smokespride account?
Answer: Yes, but only to monitor what he is doing. I work in the IT field and keep a close eye on what my kids do online. I would not want any of my kids to do things inappropriately, but also to make sure they are not being treated inappropriately. There are too many people out there that prey on children. So far this has been a good site to play games on without being too concerned with the other gamers and my kids interactions.
Has the user of the smokespride account ever signed into the olkok account?
Answer: It is possible since the passwords are saved in Firefox.

smokespride is in my tournament and because of that, his dad olkok had to send ME a pm stating the fact, as smokespride couldn't access his inbox or something like that!
If he were the same person, then he would have stated otherwise! Let's get them back on track!

As most of you are aware, the hunters do not reveal the information used in making a bust. This case was looked at by me initially and I made the bust. It was then reviewed through an eticket and was not overturned. This is a one sided discussion since only one side is allowed to reveal what they want and clearly in that instance, we (the hunters) will seem to be in the wrong. If you all were privy to the information that I/we have, then you would agree that these accounts were multiple accounts from the same user. I am sorry that this has caused such an uproar, but I felt that these accounts should be busted at the time. This has been passed along to an admin. If the case is cleared, I will apologize, but that is for the future.

Given the statement by HighlanderAttack (someone I certainly trust) that this individual is his cousin and he knows they are two separate individuals, it seems patently clear to me that they should be reinstated.

Some people do like to state they are multis... I guess we'll have to wait for an admin to make judgement and tell everyone about it!

My brother and I both play, but not normally from the same computer, since we don't live together. However, we do occasionally play from the same computer. I would hate for this to happen to one of us. So far, we've only played the same game as a team. Do I need to declare this somewhere?

no, if you are separate people you have nothing to worry about, dont listen to these idiots. me and my old roommate played from same computer for a long time, and LOTS of people do this.

not ignorant enough to start multiple accounts from one computer without contacting the admins/mods... ahem...
now, having read all the threads, i think they should be reinstated... has an eticket been filed? has anyone contacted a mod/admin directly? i applaud them for their patience and for not creating other accounts to get around what seems to be an unfair ruling, as many often do, sinking their argument in the process. i hope the hunters look back into this, and the issue is resolved... good luck...-0
