Yeah the flag has 44 stars. It flew on a ship in the Spanish-American war in 1898. That was back when they still made flags out of hemp.
We used to visit Duane's grave back when I lived closer to Macon. It's in Rose Hill cemetery. I hear they have blocked off the area so you can't get close to his grave anymore. Elizabeth Reed's grave is also there.

For those of you who don't know, it's pink and purple because it's so close to Canada; Which, has a messed up atmosphere. They don't even have gravity for like 8 hours a day. And sometimes the colors blow down or whatever.
I saw SRV play live in 1982; it was that show that made me start playing guitar....
