whatever. I don't know why you started such a pointless thread when you yourself have tried to convince normal players to throw games in your favour.

QFT ...Yeah apparently Jeff Hardy is a serial game chat abuser and has also thrown copious amounts of games .Plus he has a dog named Fred .Apparently .

I know it'sd got to do with a tourney, but this is to do with a multi. Same thing.

And I'd never accuse you for that.

I concur. Since when is it against some unwritten rules to challenge a possible multi? This whole forum section is devoted to those kinds of discussions. Generally it is also seen as a problem (although perhaps not the most pressing one) that multis can keep playing once busted. Convincing a suspected multi to stop doing that voluntarily cannot possibly be a rule violation. That would border on the ridiculous.

As for possible rudeness, I've seen (and typed) much worse games chats than this one.

For the record, personally I don't think it reflects very nicely on the CC mods when [player]killmanic[/player] starts a thread like this.

Anyone who is a member of Conquer Club can submit a Cheating or Abuse Report if they believe that something is being done wrong. They may not be right, but they are entitled to making the report. This includes anyone on Team CC, as we are members first, Team CC members second.

should'nt mods be a bit clued up on how the system and rules work? it makes them look rather silly!!

Sure, that may be so. With that said though, it looks strange when a CC mod throws out a questionable C&A-report accusing an individual member in public. I'm sure you guys have internal forums where you can discuss border-line cases. When the mods goes out in public, throwing themselves into such discussions it only serves to make the CC mods look incoherent. The appearance of collective and coherent rule interpretation/enforcement may be more important than being a CC player first and a mod second. But that’s just my two cents. The degree of professionalism you guys wish to present to the regular players is up to you.

Surely in this instance it is more a vehicle to tell the masses that this has happened - and then act as a place for all of the evidence to be accrued before judge and executioner can deal with it...

Nope. The accusation came after a discussion in another thread in C&A (one Kemmler started re the player in question). And the initial message isn't just a "FYI - please discuss", it's a pretty hardline accusation.

Be aware i don't have to post here I could go directly to the hunters and admin with it but i chose to post here as this is unsettled land about what happens in this situation and I wanted everyone to be able to see what the hunters and admin decide.

The majority of public opinion was on Kemmlers side .He seemed to be a little upset by these accusations and prob' dumped his points out of discussed .Not that I know why he did it .Thats just my stance on the matter .

This whole episode reminds me of the farmer who shot a thief after having his home was invaded 5 or 6 times and got put in prison for it .Only Kemmler didn't use a gun .He used words .He basically asked a thief to stop stealing his point and leave .
I see abuse here ,just not from the name in the title .

Not the majority. I didn't count the votes yet, but just as much people were opposed to what Kemmler was doing. You also seem to be overlooking the fact that Kemmler was trying to coerce this 'thief' into giving up the game and that he would drop the C&A thread in return. Also I sincerely doubt that Kemmler, apparently a man of little to no integrity, would've even bothered to file a report if he had won the game.

Lastly, punctuation marks (like the period and comma) are always followed by a space and definitely not the other way round.

Yes. That's what I figured you would/should (IMHO that is) have done. Now, if you are "wrong" (i.e. if the hunters or whoever don't punish this) one mod have voiced that this behavior is foul while others have cleared it. It just looks strange having the mods arguing against each other. Long-run, I think it may bad showing such divergencies.

I'm not sure whether or not you were on an ether binge back then, but I'm quite sure I'm just as illiterate as when I first had the displeasure of meeting you.

sorry kemmler, what you did is cheap and wrong. even if he was a multi in the end, you have no right to demand any player, multi or not, to sacrifice his points. he's innocent until proven guilty. that's how it works in most parts of the world, and that's how it works here.

how did he beat you unfairly? it was a 1v1 game. Under those circumstances, there is nothing unfair except unwarranted demands. what you did was wrong, even if he was a multi. how often do you have this sort of dialogue with players? are there others you've suckered into throwing games based on what you termed "respect"?

i don't know what sort of action is to be taken. it's not my place. if i were a mod, i wouldn't know what to do. i suppose the only thing you can do is make note of it. good thing it's on the forum, it's gives players a chance to foe's list kemmler if they like. or not. at least it's out in the open.
