Nope... It's gonna be Raz Alghouls daughter and The Riddler.

Does Talia Al-Ghul do anything interesting though? Other than being kidnapped, whinging at her father, and being a boring love interest? Y'know, if we were going back to the League of Assassins via Lady Shiva or something then that might be interesting... what with her being hardcore. But with Talia? Really?
On the other hand, I've been hearing the whole "It's the Riddler" thing rather a lot from various sources. So I guess I just have to keep a disappointed yet open mind about it all.
(Finally, for mega-geeks: Wouldn't it be awesome if the whole Riddler + Talia Al-Ghul was going to wind up with them doing something similar to the 'Hush' storyline? Obviously it's a bit impossible for them to cram into a couple of hours... but it'd still be wicked, right?)

She is the leader of the fucking ninjas, dude! Of COURSE she is interesting. When her father dies, she takes over as the head.
And we need a new love interest since Maggie Gyllanhall had to die...

Catwoman - No.
Penguin - No.
Mad Hatter - No.
Clayface - No.
Harley Quinn - No.
Poison Ivy - No.
Killer Croc - No.
Mr Freeze - No.
The Riddler - No.
Bane - No.
The Ventriloquist - No.
Either too recently done, or just too shite.
Ones I could see possibly being in it:
Black Mask or Mr. Zsasz - both fairly realistic I guess. Moreso than most others anywho.

“I don’t see why not. I mean, they did it with Katie Holmes’ character. I understand that this is a different circumstance, but I think another actor could do the job. I think Heath would want another actor to do the job.” Oldman then took a moment to think about it some more, “Maybe we don’t need the Joker. Because we’ll have The Riddler.”

Hmmm, I'm beggining to get kind of resigned to the fact that Bat3 = Riddler O'clock.
But I'm still kind of sad that they couldn't have tried out the Black Mask route, or even gone for "Hush" as a baddy. Who, come to think of it... would be motherfucking awesome.
Bring on the bandages.

"This is not to say that Johnny Depp wouldn't do a good job, but my friends like to discuss who we'd cast as certain characters in movies, and our choice for most male characters age 25-50 is Johnny Depp, and he can't play every part."
Too true.
I even do it in the same movie, saying Depp can play everyone and possibly his own love-interest.

As hard as that would be for Depp that would be interesting to see him constantly switching from character to character.

My guess is theyll do several characters. They could bring the joker back for like 15 mins tops and either kill him off or somehow eliminate him from the plot before the actor ruins the joker. That being said i wouldnt be surprised if we see more than one of the villains listed.

I'd say there will be at least two. None of the other ones are as iconic as the Joker to warrant a film for itself.

Also, this is all totally unimportant as I know it will be done very good regardless of who they choose. Apart from the obviously ridiculous ones who will never get chosen anyway, they'll make any villian into a very good one.
Also, I never actually heard about Ra's al Ghul before Batman Begins.

Libre - and Batman should lose half his powers... like all the best second sequels (well, this would be the third since the relaunch i know...) and then the next installment would be coming back to beat Libre and something like HARDAC. That would be awesome!
