I played Bull22 a while back his " first " day. I called him out and was right, I've played almost 2000 games, i know a rookie when i play one as well as a quality vet.

This is not a valid point. This is not only about his games played, but his prior knowledge of the site and what went on before he got here. Just because a person has played few games, does not mean they do not know how to play. Some people just get it quicker than others.

Having a second account for ANY reason is against the site's rules. You should have read that when you clicked the box for "I will not have any other accounts". You could always fill out an eticket to appeal the decision.
