Or just do it with all 6 of us in the same game. That would be putting a lot onto the people that are voting. cause it would be 6 x number of rounds, so thats a lot of pictures to judge.

split games is fine with me i would prefer 4v4 so two more players would be needed.

Time is pretty tight at the moment, and I work off an old copy of Photoshop 6.

If nobody else steps up to the plate though, I'll relunctantly rise to the challenge...

When is it gonna start? I can get in on this, but I probably won't be able to do anything tomorrow or thursday. After that I'm free. So it would be great if on this first rally I could go 3rd or 4th, assuming we start tomorrow.

Im getting hyped up! I might suck at it though... I am looking for ways to improve my photoshop skills so this might help out.

I'm posting this here and now so I don't forget about it later, but I'm sure the actual competition will take place in a new thread so mibi if you think this is important enough please repeat it in the post with the necessary stuff to know.

When sending .psd files for competitors to download, please use a very simple file hosting service, such as http://www.mediafire.com or http://www.senduit.com. Neither sites require registration, and both can hold files up to 100 MB. If you're very lazy I'd suggest Senduit, just remember to select at least 2 days for the file to Expire in. Otherwise, Mediafire checks for viruses and gives you the percentage of the upload progress. But please for the love of god don't use megaupload or sendspace.

Photoshop Elements 3 for me. It doesn't matter what program you have if you are good at it.

no you don't have to upload a PSD, some people may not even use PS. If someone asks, then please up it or at least the requested layer.

I don't think you have to but yeah if you do upload it I ask that you use the methods described above.

i think the psd must be uploaded each time. since it's mandatory to use at least a layer from the previous sig.

just curious why sendspace is not good. i've been using it for a long time and i've had no problem. not to mention the download and upload is excellent.

Yeah, sendspace has always worked for me, though I have only used it a few times.

its not manditory to use a layer from the previous return at all. You can use a layer if you like, but you can also play off the idea of the previous return without using the same images.

Actually I agree about the psd, I mean if there are games with 3 or more people in line after the server, the last person might want to use more than the most recent volley.

I was on the receiving end of megaupload, sendspace, rapidshare, and mediafire for quite a bit at one point, maybe I got sendspace mixed up with rapidshare. I definitely remember megaupload and one other, which I thought was sendspace, to have annoying things like mini-passwords, a thousand fucking ads, and limits on downloads by IP addresses.

Do we have a start date? I will need to request a specific position in the order to play since this month has crazy days for me.
