You've set up an awesome design (for a rookie especially)! You call in the reserves if somebody flakes and doesn't sign up for their games. The reserves keep everything on track.

There has been a special case of two players that they have only joined 1 game. They cannot advance, but still have to play (if they don't join in the next 24 hours, then I will call the replacement, but they won't be able to advance either). Let this be a warning to anyone else in this tournament.

Nice fire, didn't realise you were updating as we went, actually entered the thread to let you know I'd just won our USA game, and thanks to shocking dice been knocked out of Soviet map, and having defeated all bar 1 opponent in USA and being last man standing got 7 pts, but you alreayd knew=)

But yea, this is my first tourney, and its going great so far, well done.
