The sign up sheet said , If I'm correct "Ben and the 'Others' " so it sounds like there is more than 1 mafia members, I doubt there is 2 or more mafias here.

there wont be partys
i think it will follow a pretty conventional mafia
jacks group ie the flight survivors aka town will be the majority
bens group ie the others aka scum will be minority (most likely 4)
though maybe a recruiter. some backstabbing
3rd party i dont see too many 3rd party maybe the black dude and his kid. but yer im unsure from there
we can never make assumptions on the theme though...it could be completely dif for all we know

Thats all fair enough but what about the people on the boat? There could possibly be two small mafia's as i think its pretty obvious they arent pro-town.

As for the others Goodwin could be involved as well, i imagine Juliet will be involved but im not sure what side she will be on.

Yeah Goodwin was part of the "Others" ( wikipedia is very helpful.)
