Secret alliances are hard to prove and take the longest to review and discuss. Be patient.

I highly doubt they are in any hurry to help you/care what you have to say because of your past and your reputation.
Is that fair? No.
Does anyone care? No.
In a way, it's poetic justice if the accusations you've made are true and you were swindled out of points, now that you play legit.
OR:
They are in the midst of a thorough investigation into the matter and just haven't bumped it to 'pending' yet/commented.
Pick whichever one you want.

Granted that in this report, riv74 may have done a 'critical' move that have cost the game, does that already constitute a block and a score reset between him and WoWaholic?
Checking their game history together, there is no clear pattern that they even threw games for each other or gain a game advantage over the rest of their opponents. Has riv74 made another questionable move in any of their past games that gave another one for WoWaholic? Or the other way around?
This also applies to the WoWaholic-enterprise47 games. They do slug it out when they play together. In standard games, sometimes the other one eliminates the other first, which indicates they are not always the ones that are left behind. They do fight it out and treat a game as a game.
We would need more evidence rather than just from one game for any questionable plays that could indicate a secret alliance between them.
However, this report will not be taken for granted and we shall take note of this as reference for any similar future cases concerning the same players.
