Commonly it's made that the organiser is sending out messages with the info that tournament is started, how it works, what games people need to join and passwords. But this is just me.

How does everyone feel about giving rising social status according to pts , once a few game rounds have been played ?
For example Serfs at the bottom , Barons somewhere in the middle , Supreme Emperor at the top.. I thought it might be fun.

Orc666, this is your tournament and you can run it how you wish. However, qwert was correct in stating that you should keep everything in one thread. Otherwise things just get a tad cluttered around here.
