can i ask about these groups .. are they done by points? if so why is Middi2 (1721) in group 2 and JeF (1661)
in group 1 .... and why am I in group 2 and Banshe (1411) in group 3? this doesnt seem very fair.

No, for an official tornument you have to wait for the PM and make them yoursleves. Otherwise that would be a great idea. :)
