Well there's a big difference between what the KKK did and what tele-evangelists are doing. Is racism bad? Yes but homophobia isn't? Persecuting a man for his skin colour and his sexual preference is the same thing. HE has no control over that but you're persecuting them.

So a group of people happen to be sexually attracted to those of the same sex, but are trashed talked by another group who happened to believe in a 'God' who apparently said 'homosexuality is bad' - Why do you give a shit who people decide to sleep with, who they marry, and what they do with their own lives? Atleast they don't DOOR KNOCK ON EARLY SATURDAY MORNINGS AND PREACH TO ME ABOUT CONVERTING TO HOMOSEXUALITY, unlike a certain other group of people.
