Seeing that you need a chicken to lay an egg AND an egg can not survive by itself (something needs to sit on it for it to grow and hatch). The CHICKEN came first! End of debate. :P

Chickens are the products of eggs, thus permanently solving the problem.

It begs asking, how many times have you done a chicken?
and how quickly do they come?

The egg, obviously. A t-rex is the closest relative to a chicken, even if it's dead. T-rex's laid eggs. After a time they would of adapted to suit the environment and change from the dying species of dinosaurs

Indeedly. You can't call it a myth, you call it a theory. Just like creationism, it's a theory.

Jay, spell it out.

Don't call it a myth otherwise it'll make you look even more close minded than you are.

Dinos were basically Chickens without feathers! (And weigh several tonnes)

No they were nothing like chickens. Unless you count only the later ones and then there were a few who bore a resemblance but the less chicken-like ones came before them and laid their eggs. Thus, eggs came first.

Well, a chicken had to hatch from the egg of whatever it evolved from, so still egg even if we are just talking about eggs chickens hatch from and not eggs in general.

you didn't specify which egg or which chicken, so it can be the egg i had for breakfast and the chicken i had 5 weeks ago...

That made no sense..
so, when you "had" this chicken 5 weeks ago....was it of any relation to your egg you ate this morning?
