Do you guys want to lose because if you join first then you will lose guaranteed because it's not for sure that you will be on at the same time which is required for a speed game or tournament.

Actually, as the initiator of the Need for Speed tourney, let me tell you that speed tourney's don't currently work.
If a speed game is not filled within 15 minutes of it being created, it is deleted. Even tourney games. It took me 3 rounds of creating, and pm'ing 64 games out to realise this... when they would all just vanish.
So, nice idea, but currently unimplementable unless something new is introduced. Or if you can get people on at the same time, and only create the game when both players are ready to go (I can see this getting -extremely- tedious).
Sorry to burst your balloon, but yeh... tried it, and it failed before. Rather than have you waste your time doing it, maybe try another idea
