He started the tournament and he doesn't have premium so that he can put the passwords.
Not only that but he says he's checking the thread daily and there has been several days now and still he didn't start the tournament or even tell us when it WILL start..

Well, also non-Premium players can get tournament priviliges, so this is not a problem.
