Can buy reasonable wine here at just $1.50/btl so for the past few years sitting on my arse at home I'd have a bottle for lunch and a bottle for dinner, often more. Not sure if that qualifies me as an alcoholic but I simply drank it like water then last week thought "WTF am I doing?". Miss the cigs though!

Fair, more power to you. I know someone that used to be an alcoholic and he says he'd never drink again because he wouldn't stop kinda thing. I've never been a heavy drinker personally, but I've smoked for the last 10yrs with the occasional break. My intention is to quit this summer.

Yeah, with your username I rather suspected cigs and charlie would be your thing which is why I took to you immediately

Do your mate's hands shake? One of my chefs is a reformed boozer and hasn't touched the stuff for years, but his hands shake like crazy to this day. It's handy for making a good pancake batter though.

Seriously though, I feel your frustration, even though we didn't ever play in the same game. We had a start in one of the games I was in that I can guarantee we would not lose from where we were if it were a clan game...and we lost because we failed to play as a team. I wonder if it bothers other people like it bothers me?
