Under the current rules, you could have a third person create an account. It would be OK for other users to use that account to edit clan posts. So all I would have to do is go get my roommate to create the initial account, get him into the clan, then have give out the p/w to my clanmates.
This would be allowed, but is hardly optimal. If there ever was a crisis of leadership, I'd have to track down whoever my roommate was at the time to do the things that I would presume aren't allowed under the current rules, like going in and changing the password and all that stuff.

No, that's Account Sharing. Users have been banned from the website before for doing it.

No, that's Account Sharing. Users have been banned from the website before for doing it.
How? It seems to be a clear exception to the rules (even if they are the super secret mod rules):
Being on another player's account for ANY reasons other than ... posting to necessary Tournament or Clan related public forum topics, is not allowed.
