personally, i find this just mesmerizing. how can something this silly go on for so long. i don't play freestyle games because all of these crooked angles that are played. i applaud this site for having a cheating and abuse forum. also i'm positive that it cuts down on "cheating" tremendously. however i am aware that no matter what you do there is going to be cheating taking place. so the question here is "is this a form of cheating"? when you think about the game that is being talked about, "freestyle", the word itself explains much. "free" in this case means all "styles" are open, you can play first if you want, or you can play last. you can skip 2 turns, or you can skip 1, or maybe you don't want to skip any. just so long as you don't skip three in a row you are still eligible to play the game. having a weight ( not a machine in my opinion ) on a computer button does not sound like cheating to me. it sounds like a smart thing to do so your finger does not get tired. i've been taken advantage of on freestyle because i guess i just don't care enough about trying to get cheap points. lets just face it, most people who frequent these games are going for cheap points because they have managed to work out a good "freestyle" method of out smarting the other player. what it sounds like to me is one persons "freestyle" method has been trumped by another persons "freestyle" method. this angered the trumpee, so in a fit of rage he may, or may not have made a cheating accusation. i'm sure that, like my post, it was just a big waste of time. but it did create some entertainment for everyone that is following this. and gave us all something to think about. lastly, anyone who creates a freestyle 2 player game, is obviously trying to take advantage of someone, or some system. and the person who starts the game, has very little room at all to accuse another of unfair play. kind of reminds me of how a spoiled child would play. i'm not against you 2 player freesylers for the record, just don't expect me to join any of your games.

These kind of reports always gets looked into moreso. Usually KA is the one that comes down with the final decision. Just be patient

I think this matter is somewhat ridiculous. Some may say that neither is cheating but I say they both are. A lawyer can get a guilty person off from punishment but that doesn't mean they deserve to go free, it means there is a flaw in the system that needs to be corrected. As far as putting a weight (I find this HILARIOUSLY sad) on your keyboard, you have left your computer. If you aren't at your computer and you are performing a function on said computer, you may as well be using a machine/program because it equates to the same thing. While both of these players have admitted to cheating in one form or another there are many many players who do the same and don't admit it. The only thing all cheaters have in common is they haven't earned their rank, no matter what it may be. One thing I really don't understand is why you would feel compelled to cheat at this game in the first place??? Did your mothers not love you??? Why??? Why??? WHY???

LOL and in what way did I cheat? Also, if you don't think I deserve this rank your sadly mistaken. It is so easy to get to major/colonel on this website by only playing escalating games as long as you know the strategy, but it is even easier to get to a higher rank by playing escalating freestyle and that is why I play freestyle.

jsn is one of the best players i know. obliteration is also really good. jsn watched a movie and held down the B button. how is that cheating?

Did you even read what I wrote lol? Also, perhaps they are considered "good" players because they like to take advantage of "loopholes", hmm? Do you consider a good player simply someone who wins?

I don't play freestyle ever, but why is having an auto-start script unfair? If you're not near your computer you can miss your turn...I'm losted.

Funkyterrance you have played only 20 freestyle games so far (out of 400+ in total) and you jefjef only 6 out of 2000+ in total.
So, it is understandable that you may have a different opinion of the matter. However, what you call cheating or cheap tactics, frequent freestyle players know them to be Freestyle 101.
If you ever play more freestyle games you will realize that you will have to use these tactics too to be successful, therefore almost everyone does and almost no one has a problem with it.
If you do not like such tactics you can stick to sequential or, I don't know, make a suggestion for a new game type (semi-freestyle?).
P.S. This has been a very long trial jsnyder. You should throw a party once you are cleared

I admit that I have not played many freestyle games. However, I do understand that a lot of online games are spoiled by players using scripts to gain an advantage. In most games putting a weight on the keyboard is not very useful lol but in this case it seems to give an unfair advantage to someone who doesn't care enough about a game to actually be present when the other player is. When you play risk at home do you sit on the couch and watch tv and just tell everyone to move your pieces for you? A bit rude maybe? I suppose if everyone that plays thinks its ok its not considered cheating but from what I am hearing some people do. That being said, this whole thing seems to be a question of the integrity of the individual player.
So since I don't fully understand the issue, why do people play these types of games in the first place? I am assuming its to give them an edge for their skills at being quick? If that's the case, then using a script is cheating since its not even really you. I don't use scripts in any game and I never have. Are they allowed in this one?

Why do you make it personal? Did you feel offended by what I said and need to attack me? This is my first and only account and I have been playing for a bit over a month. But it seems 1.5 months were enough for me to understand freestyle better than you ever will.

I am not very fast (actually I might be, but my connection sure isn't) and still I play mostly freestyle because I like all those tactics that are unique to freestyle games. I don't play freestyle to gain unfair advantage over players who don't employ those tactics. Ideally I would like to play in games with strong freestyle players only who know and employ the same tactics.
