We're only messing. I joined and like even joining a game feels tedious I dont like it I joined so that I could get more free games but it wasnt worth the effort there no threat to CC, this is proper place

I'm proud to pay to use conquerclub as well. If my tamriel map ever ends up in there, hell will surely rise from the depths of the earth via my angry emails.

I think the USA map was done by a graphic designer that's a friend of Lack's, but the British Isles map was definitely done by Nobunaga. http://www.conquerclub.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=691

Nobunaga gave permission to Lack to use it, but I very much doubt he gave permission to reverend_kyle to claim it as his own and put it up elsewhere.

Wow... I think if he did rip that off it's the worst rip off I've ever seen... He's simply taken a screenshot of one the games he's seen with all the army numbers on and everything... If he was gonna rip it off he could at least take the image from the maps directory on the server... You can't actually see the troop numbers on this crap "Landgrab" site.

I signed up to see what it was like... And in one word... Crap... Total Crap... I hope I never have to witness that site again.

I started USA and British Isles games on landgrab and it's an obvious copyright infringement. My lawyer just left on a 3 week vacation, so I won't do anything about the USA map for now. Nobunaga is free to do as he wishes but I'm offering him my assistance.

Perhaps one of the saddest things I've ever seen...well Hoff's ocean map was up there, but this might top it. (;) Just kidding Hoff)

He hasn't even posted since we started flaming. Nobunaga, I will be your lawyer so that we can shut them down! You know.. in like 3rd grade it's considered copy-cat, once you're like 13 it all of the sudden becomes a legalk matter. I should've copyrighted my stuff in elementary school. :lol:

I started playing online Risk with people from another message board. We played on warfish.com for over a month and then someone found landgrab. Warfish was lame compared to CC, but I liked it better than landgrab and only played 2 games over there. I have been with CC ever since I was first pointed this way.

When I did play landgrab it was their Classic map. These thieves have really stooped low with these two maps.

but! the africa map still has kyle marti or whtever's name on it, if Reeverend says he made it, that's stealing, at the moment he didn't say that. If he didn't ask Lilwindldude (that it?.. :lol:

) that's a crime, and if he stole it AND said itr was his own.. i believe thats two crimes. At the moment, he didn't say he made it.. I think. Correct me if I'm wrong, either way, he took the british isles map, and that's for sure.

It's funny how he was trying to get people into landgrab, and instead may have gotten himself into quite a few lawsuits :twisted:
