Congrats to Red Deer (HighlanderAttack) on a first-round sweep and to Spokane (AgentSmith88) for coming back from down 3-1 to beat Portland (me...

The other early series are winding down...I'm expecting to get out the 2nd round showdowns in the next day or two.
In the meantime, let's go Hawks...Game 6 and a chance to close out the Chiefs tonight!!!

Chilliwack (shaneback) is the first to reach the championship series...winning the West in seven games over Kelowna.
If you liked this tourney, keep an eye out for my NHL playoffs tourney, which will be a bit more intense with a doubles format (one goaltender, one sniper)...should be in the Create-a-Tourney forum sometime in the next 48 hours.

Red Deer takes out Calgary in a seven-game showdown in the East finals...the championship series should be starting any time with Red Deer (HighlanderAttack) going against Chilliwack (shaneback)

Red Deer wins the title with a 4-3 win in the finals over Chilliwack.
Highlander took the first three games of the series only to have shaneback win the next three to force the winner-take-all finale. Highlander won that Game 7 in six rounds.
Thanks to all who played and congrats to Highlander on the win.
