actually, it isn't ok. you can't run contests within the forums, promising premium, and then not paying up. i guarantee had my clan done that with our Black History Month Avatar Contest, we would have received our second blanket ban for all members of our clan. a precedent should be set for this type of thing, because this is simply fraud. a bad joke that some kid never intended to pay off on. he wanted a thread with a high post count to feel important in the GD, and it backfired. a warning should be issued and an unwritten rule should be made or stated that future members that do this sort of thing will receive a lengthy ban.

There should be a rule about this. Do any of the mods do anything about poor behavior like this or are they just more into the Battle Royals that are going on today.

That pretty much ticks me off your accusing me of not paying up. I sent in an e-ticket because andy told me to because it didnt give him one. You can look in Questions & Answers about it. I have yet to get a response on the E-ticket and hope that StephenB does in fact get his preemuim i promised. I gave out two that day. One on live chat to Lovehammer. I was just trying to e nice that day so i made a thread prmising one.I bought one, but the thing didnt give me the preemuim. THe fact you bluntly and so rudely accuse me of this really makes me mad. I do not appreciate it. Next time look before you speak.

Yea, I don't get why you're being so mayo? Yes, maybe there should be a rule about people who promise premiums and don't give them, but parker DID the trial pay and tried to get StephenB the premium. Not only that, but StephenB even said that it was ok if he didn't get. Parker isn't at fault here, so get off his back.

did he receive the free premium? no. did you try? sure. is that ok? what if my clan ran our contests with the promise of free premium, you won, and then we said, "hey, our credit card didn't go through, sorry." is that acceptable? no. you need to purchase him premium or receive a formal warning for running a bogus contest within the GD. you are truly sad to think that your excuses are a good enough reason to not pay up for a contest prize. how would you feel if you won a tournament with the gift of free premium (like the one with the fancy pink avatars everyone is sporting) and then when you won you did not receive the premium as promised? you tried to feel important. you tried to have a thread with a high post count. you thought it would be cute as others have in the past, to promise premium and then not pay up. the simple fact is, you PROMISED A FREE PREMIUM, and the member that won your contest DID NOT RECIEVE A FREE PREMIUM. it is that simple. you look like a joke, nice contest. be sure to enter the BpB Black History Avatar contest in Feb, we actually pay up to the winner.

I kinda agree... if trialpay doesn't work, cough up the dough, man... 25 donuts is a cheap price for being a man of your word...

Well, you have just not been listening have you. Im waiting on a response from the E-ticket. I really do not appreciate you saying i just wanted a high post count. Have you seen how many posts ive made... Pretty much none. I was trying to be nice. If the E-ticket is answered with a its your own fault it took the money crap, then i will get stephenb his preemuim. It pisses me off that u still are reluctant to read my posts. I agree with VC. The fact that it screwed up isn't and excuse. Just pay up the friggin $25 and be done with it. If StephenB doesn't get premium then you should be warned and/or have a little ban

You have not added anything relevant or significant to this thread beyond your first post. If you do not agree with how Parker is trying to deal with the situation then feel free to submit an e-ticket. it isn't flaming and trolling when the comments are on topic and relevant to the topic being discussed. you just didn't like being called out for not paying up for a contest. one way or another you are going to pay for it. you had no intention of doing so, and i called you out on it. there is no need for C&A, i spoke with 3 mods that assured me it was being looked into. it is always so cute to watch newbs threaten the people that have been around the block here at CC. you have me shaking in my cooper boots!
