Lol, i'm not even on the list!
this list kind of rewards losing points more than wining them... holding it and not losing disqualifies you from contention in this particular arena
not to say its easy to gain it back, which is why the list is there.... its one thing to hit it once, another to keep at it

Nothing against AA or anyone else with a huge amount of feedbacks but I think a better way of judging feedbacks is your games to feedback ratio as obviously the more games you play the weaker your ratio.
JR is a good example of what i am talking about - he has 461 positive feedbacks which I believe is the highest on the site however he has played 6469 games so his ratio is 14:1 ie he gets 1 positive feedback for every 14 games he plays - I suspect if you compare this to others it is about average. In AA's case above his ratio is far more impressive at 8.4:1 ie he gets a positive feedback in every 8.4 games. I currently have 68 positive feedbacks and have played 589 games so my ratio is currently 8.7:1. Worse than AA's but considerably better than JR's I genuinely believe this is a much better indicator of feedbacks as distinct from total numbers.

part of what you are saying is true, but to JRs credit, he has played 3000 games more than me...so youd expect more negatives.. and technically ive been given more negatives, but ive worked them out with the players... or on occasion had the bogus one removed..lol...
right now one of mine is a joke, and the other I could have had removed by simply removing my neutral that I gave to The Zsar for having his "housemate" clear the board for him. I prefer to leave it there though. The irony of course was that the feedback was left by his housemate in retribution for me leaving The Zsar a neutral suggesting an obvious alliance. I dont think he was bright enough to see why I thanked him for the negative, when I got it...
Feedback is a function of the number of games, activity in the chat, skill, some luck(playing those that give them), and of how many you give out...which on my end I may have left the most on the site... certainly it has to be close.
Going by the number strictly in any case is pointless... reading what a few of the people have to say is far more informative than how many they recieved. Also, they tend to be exponential... if a player sees 15 negs, they will be far more inclined to leave another.. whereas if a player only has one or two, they know it better be a real good complaint, because many will read it
Used properly it is a nice way to keep people in check though. You just have to weigh them accordingly, much like any statistic

Cool, I'm sitting on 8.7:1 as well.
I agree with AAfitz...the reasons positive feedback should be given out is for being friendly or skilled. Positive feedback should not be given in return to someone just because they gave you one, but thats a natural reaction for most players I think. I'd say that those two factors form the rate at which you get feedbacks and then the more games you play the more you get.

another point to take into consideration is: how many feedback you have written.
Because lets face it. If you write alot of friendly feedbacks you are likey to get one back.

Thats the top 5 with scores from the other day. This will need to be updated once in a while, especially for the low ranked people because a change of 100 points in their score makes a huge difference in rank.
6-10 without all the numbers are:
AK_iceman........2423
Reverend_kyle...2625
Twill..................2698
Fircoal................4026
AndyDufresne.....6882
