I just joined today. I've read a bit of the forums. I've looked at the list of available games. But I didn't want to join one without having some idea of what I'm doing. Help?

For starters play no fog and stay away from freestyle. Start off on simple maps and read the keys to the maps carefully before you start to play.
I will put you in a classroom so you can look at how to best start out in a game. Read the PM i am sending and the stickies in the classroom. You will be unable to join the terminator games we teach until you have completed 5 games here at CC. But you can follow along in other games until you can post your own to be helped with.

Welcome to CC. I'll send you a PM on what we do and put you in a classroom. But you will not be able to join terminator games till you finish your first 5 games. Follow along with the other students till you can post your own games and get a head start.

It's very hot in the kitchen and I'd hate to get fried sooner than later so I's here for some training. I'm a vet risk player and helped beta a similar game back in 2000 (same elements basically but certainly not as slick). I've read the rules and now if I can get some help on strategy I'll be well on my way. Thanks in advance. Timejester

Hey everyone,
I just joined Conquer Club and am still playing 4 of my first games. I got really far with one of them, and I'm still playing it, but i can see how i lost the advantage i had at one point by playing way too defensive. I'm pretty sure right now that i'm gonna lose to JimmyBoyXL, who I hadnt even considered a threat until 6-7 rounds ago. Therefore, there's something I'm missing here, and i would like to learn how to better myself.
Therefore, i would like to become a student.
Cheers,
Gaftoni

Fallen one... While I am not a cook, I seem to be on my way. I use to be a Corp 1st class. Now I am a cadet. Next week I will be a cook. After that I will probably be the pot. I seem to be self destructing, and I guess I could use a little help. I like playing all sorts of games from team to 6 players to one on one on any map. I guess I need some advice, though being a Dad I am more use to giving then getting, so anyone who is more stubborn then me....

Hi, I just started this game and won one of my doubles, but I want to know how to win singles. I am not very lucky and lost a 7vs1. Any help with strategy not based on luck would be appreciated. Thank you

I'd be interested in what you have to offer. Please include me
Despite the rank, I tend to win big and then self-destruct most of it back (it seems); some heartbreakers I should've won.
Thanks for any invites, if eligible.

Forgot to add ... I'd be interested in what you might offer about doubles, triples, etc. which I have never played. Would hate to join and ruin the game for any teammates. But I really like the team concept.
