hmmmm, one group of players are serving wellafter each other and using other players images well, and another group arent even bothering trying to follow what the player before them has done. Whats going on?

Awesome, just make sure you make everything big enough to have it the right size after you shrink it. Putting Zoom to 50% works fine, cause it shows you how big it all will be in the final picture.

i dont have vista - i got a pic of a window up off google images and then just cut out the middle and surrounding area then re-sized thigns...
