Only 50 mins to the first (proper) Football Focus of the season! God I've missed it...
Joined the Fantasy Footy league, but always do totally rubbish at those things.
Let the excuses/recriminations/ref-baiting begin!

Aberdeen 1-3 Celtic

Great first half, McGeady actually showed he could shoot and a couple of tap ins from him and McDonald had it won at half time. Bring on the Arsenal!

It's currently Rangers 1-1 Falkirk but i doubt it will last....

p.s. Chelsea were lucky :P

Not sure arsenal could look much better in the opener.

Everton not so hot.

I liked Irelands goal, was pretty cooly done.

6-1 is a reasonable start to the campaign id assume.

Swansea 0-3 Boro
---------------Johnson
---------------Emnes
---------------Tuncay

Listened to the match on the radio. We were a bit shakey until the first goal, then settled down and played proper football. Emnes goal was apparently world class. Tuncay came on and played like his usual self. 100% commited to the cause. Even if he goes, he is a boro legend for his shear work rate

Newcastle 3-0 Reading. Ameobi hatrick, we're doing pretty well for a club in complete crisis....

Arsenal were very impressive, but Everton were also equally bad.
