No, BuJ, if chap is town, we lynch blacky. I will not accept it the other way around. I have no reason - and no one has provided any reason - to doubt my findings. Do you think I'm scum?

Well if chap is town then you are scum, because you or me are scum based on chasps claim (unless tobi was the scum result)

But looks like chap may not be coming back per tx's comment. I hope nothing serious has happened to him.

Sorry if I'm quiet. It just seems like the choices right now are mostly lynch an inactive or lynch Blacky for the discrepancy about poisoning/poisoning effects. It is interesting to me that Buj leans Chap over Blacky. At this point, I'm kinda suspicious of both and don't really have an alternative strong enough to push. Gun to my head, I guess id rather vote Chap over Blacky. It just sucks to lynch based on something that at this point is a real absence not a scum tell.

The mass claim had fallen apart. We either accept that not everyone is made claiming or we abandon the order and get as many claims as we can.

I'm not saying I have much faith in blacky but we do have 2 poisoners and while the effect of the poison seems to be different we received different messages describing the poisoning itself, so there's a chance he's being truthful is all.

On the other hand chap and ragian have a soft guilty on each other in a roundabout sort of way, means it makes sense to lynch chap first (since ragian is more believable) but to then turn on ragian if chap flips town. Because in that scenario ragian's claim becomes a little suspicious.. like what if he's setting up both of them to die?

Originally the TX being a healor thing was what convinced me rag must be telling the truth but honestly that's an easy guess/lie to make as scum if you knew who the town are.
Etc. Etc..

So let's hope that chap does in fact flip scum, which is the most likely scenario, but if he doesn't we have picked an optimal lynch that gives us a clear way forward to catch the scum.

Or we just lose but I kinda think that would mean scum are too powerful so I doubt it.

Nope. If chap is town, then you and blacky are scum. Not me. It actually makes sense to lynch chap if we're not a LYLO.

I'll reiterate: If chap is town, blacky is scum. It's a done deal. Don't blame me if we lynch the wrong one. I have not access to anymore information that you guys on those two (except for the FACT that one of them is scum). Moreover, as stated above, if chap is indeed town, he claimed that either Skoffin or I is/am (?) scum.

So, if chap is town, blacky and skoffin are scum. If blacky is town, chap is scum and I have no information on Skoffin.

If you guys vote for my plan, I want you to vote because you accept the above. If you don't accept that, I don't think you should go with my investigation because I refuse to have scum orchestrate a 50/50 lynch the wrong way and then get the blame.

I don't know why you are so worried ragoo, chap will almost certainly come up scum. once he does that mostly clears you and me, which validates your report and we lynch blacky. After that it will just be 1 scum which is one of the people who are currently holding off voting chap. Someone among serius, beast, pika or tx.

I have attempted to contact Chap, and confirmed that he has not been logging in for a while.
I have also contacted his Clan leaders to see if there is another contact for him (just to make sure he is ok)
This is not like him to drop out of the site completely and I am quite concerned on a personal level here as I have known the guy for years.

Moving forward....

Replacement candidates have been contacted, and if I have not been able to confirm anything from Chap within the next 24-48 hours, he will be replaced.

I am sorry things have bogged down here, but I thought giving him the time to come back was the right and respected way to go.
That being said, IF there is a need to replace Chap in the game, it is only fair for the new guy to be given a few days to get his head around 80+ pages of crap LOL
So I have offered that the Mods help out with any questions (if needed) for a new guy.

Consider the deadline EXTREMELY flexible at this stage. The banter from everyone has only stalled because of Chap not being here, and I would hate things to go pairshaped because people are waiting for a reply from someone that may not even be on the site.

PLEASE.... can people compile a list of questions that you want to from Chap.
That will make it a lot easier for us to move forward if the unfortunate happens and he is replaced.

The problem is ragian said that ONLY 1 of chap/blacky is scum. Otherwise I would have had no hesitation or paranoia about the lynch and just lynched either of them and we'll be in day 6 by now.

So whatever. Ragian I can't give you what you want. I am not promising to auto lynch blacky if chap flips scum. Y'all are going to have to be interrogated and examined very closely. But if it makes you feel more relaxed I want to believe you and I've had good reasons to all game. Also I think chap is just scum so you're fine either way.

That said it's only fair to question you if we mislynch. Especially when you are 1 of 2 poisoners, and there's some weird stuff going on with the poisonings.

And let's be real here. Your investigation is weird as hell as an ability, same as chap's. I know this game is different and I'm taking that into account, but TWO such claims is harder to stomach.

I don't know. It doesn't state so explicitly. So it's an assumption. I don't know if it's warranted.

Anyway, I don't necessarily ask that you blindly follow me (even though that would be easier for me), but you made it sound as if chap flipping town results in my insta-lynch. If that's the case, I'm not voting chap.

However, I'm having some serious issues with skoffin here. She's obviously skimming and completely sold on lynching chap my the ground under my feet starts to freeze up.

@Razor, I'm not sure which questions were posed at chap for the last 5 ish pages, but we can go through them. Now you're at it, what happened to Pika?

Ask yourself this - which people are voting chap now? Why has it taken so long to get any other votes on him? Do you think all the scum are currently voting chap and it's just townies lingering?

No, I voted Chap before he went MIA, however you are correct in that I should UNVOTE to allow his replacement adequate time to catch up.
