Can you explain yourself? How was his suggestion scummy?
I'm pretty sure he meant that Iliad was correct and that Suspect's suggested no lynch was scummy.
Once again, look at the context in which I voted no lynch.

I was thrown off by that too, but I think that's what nag meant.

I would guess that the last unvoted player would be the one lynched.

Why not, if someone clearly doesn't comply, then they will b presumed scum, and thus lynched.

Why? You would consider someone scum because they want to play a normal game and actually lynch someone?

Why don't we stick to searching for actual scumtells?

This. And I'll add that there is simply no way for a no lynch to happen, even if you find a flaw in the rules that would allow it. Someone dies every day.
Also, there's still opportunity to shorten day 1 (if you missed why, read back).

Alright then, but what happens if the deadline is reached and two people have an equal amount of votes on them?

Oh dear, have we forgotten about the doctor and roleblocker roles? Not to mention a few others. If they get lucky then the scum gain nothing.
without a lyunch day 1, day 2 is just another day 1, so do you no-lynch again?
No, because in a game like this I can see watcher and tracker roles. Definately suited for the elf.
All they need to do is to make accurate guesses from the results of their actions.
Eh? So your hoping to "get lucky" by voting no lynch and hoping that town can win the night?
Not really.
I'm merely pointing out the

I see, but your rules are highly boring, and contain none of the "fe-zazz" that I like to put in mine.
No wonder no-one reads them!

Feel free to rework them. I trust you'd do it without compensation.

MM you seem to be posting a hell of a lot now, and almost all of it is irrelevant, yet when we were having more serious discussions you just sat back and watched. It seems that from your very first post you've been trying to slow the game down and you even tried to tell the mod to include no lynches. It would appear you are extremely synical about logics chance day 1 to the point you aren't willing to try. Either that or you are attempting to deliberately slow down the game, and the second reason would only make sense for scum. We have to get a lynch one way or another, that is pretty clear yet you seem to just want to rely on getting lucky rather than use any proper reasoning.

That strategy only works when you have a confirmed cop and the mafia can't make any kills or other night actions...

We need serious discussion about scumtells and voting, not about the rules. so...
Mod: Can we get a vote count?

AceArtemis wrote:FoS: Suspect for voting no lynch, which is always a poor decision on day 1 because a lynch generates vital information.
While I agree that a random reasoned lynch coming from random reasoned votes proves very little it does however give us a good point to start the D2 discussions from and experience says that "no lynch" days create a lot more uncertainty and are very rarely good for town.
Also, voting "no lynch" is usually seen as a scummy thing and I've seen more people get lynched for doing it than I've seen actual "no lynch" days (hell I've been lynched that way in my earlier games here).
This will not warrant a vote atm but both suspect and MM gets a point on my scummymeter.
I'll throw in a
Vote Clive too, his antics need better explaining than given tbh. Funny thing though is that I'm not that convinced pmc is scum.

Needs better explaining how? The entire case against me is that my play has been too consistant. Being consistant is not a scumtell.

Actually I think it is. Townies don't know who are scum so are liable to change their opinions and even their methods. Where as scum will be trying hard not to appear scummy and so they will attempt to play the way they feel townies would play and wont deviate from this, giving you consistancy.

Seriously now, you have to stop turning everything I do into a "scumtell", especially when it clearly isn't.
Even if I were deliberatly slowing the game down - which I'm not - that allows more time for discussion, and discussion is one the biggest weapons at the town's disposal.
I'll tell you what's a scumtell here, relentlessly attacking one player and hoping other players form a bandwagon.
FOS pmchughDo it again, and I'll turn it into a vote.
