If I am wrong and Pilate is not mafia then you know that I must be mafia and you lynch me the next day.

This is a win-win situation for the town.

You are wasting your time, but then at least people will know I am not mafia. But the mafia will propably kill to make it look like me so that will suck for us both.

If you are a townie and think that someone is a cop then you dont point it out because the mafia will then kill them.
