Behold ye mighty and despair!

If you had god-like powers, like that dude seems to have, it seems you'd get bored of wandering the universe and stuff like that. Eventually you'd probably find it more satisfying to mess with other sentient being in one way or another.
Personally, I think I'd go with a Q-like persona more than an asshole restaurant manager though.

Well, Haggis, I read it all and quite enjoyed it. Since I was expecting humour, I was wondering who the author of the book would be (hopefully someone unexpected). Thus, I was late in realizing that the story was a classic closed loop time travel story. For more examples of same, see Robert A. Heinlein's "By His Bootstraps" and "--All You Zombies--", or for perhaps the most intricate, David Gerrold's "The Man Who Folded Himself". Still, it was well executed.
AoG, feel free to post something shorter, or to click the big image and fold it away again if you don't want to take the time to determine whether or not a comic is shitty.

new subnormality. I quite like this one, it's about perception( I think )
I also suspect LSD was involved in the making of this comic.
P.S. It's fucking big.

Ok, there needs to be about a million more Dresden Codak comics. The plot is fun enough, but I can look at the art for hours.

Time for a +1 to geek
Not only is that terrible in general, but you just KNOW Billy's going to open the root present first, and then everyone will have to wait while the heap is rebuilt.[bigimg]http://abstrusegoose.com/strips/angry_string_theorist.JPG[/bigimg]

I remember trying to log into the original Command and Conquer servers a year or two back and feeling like I was knocking on the boarded-up gates of a ghosttown.I've recently tried doing this with single player games and it's actually a good idea. Bought Fallout 3 (a superb game so far) yesterday for 10 god damn dollars. Also, I remember going on the Red Alert 2 servers a few years ago, many years after its release and being happy after seeing one game in progress.
