No 12-0 so far, and it won't happen.
You made me dig into the records, and they are only registered if the first round was won 3-0:
L M S & Master Fenrir 10-2
Rodion & thebest712 11-1
Big Whiskey & nikola_milicki 10-2
danryan & pander88uk 10-2
In my opinion BW and nikola came the closest, they we're the only ones winning the first 3 rounds 3-0, but then they lost the final 1-2.
