This sounded cool at first, but then I thought about what makes usapoc so cool. It's the names and shapes of the continents and territories. Like how "dakota" is one territory, and louisiana is entirely underwater. I don't think a USSR version could have this. Even if someone managed to come up with some soviet jokes, I doubt many people would get them. Maybe another country or area would work better. I thought Europe for a second, but it seems like it might be hard to be funny and not offend anyone at the same time.

Agreed... It's hard enough trying to do a serious map of Europe and not offend people ;-)

I think it would be just one giant map of dead/radioactive zones in the former Soviet Union, with territories around the perimeter in E. Europe and Asia. Did anyone ever read the book "Resurrection Day" by Brendan DuBois?

Stars was maps will however cause copywrite issues, and with no plans to of the OP to take on such a project im merging this with te map ideas thread.

This idea is excellent! Unfortunatly if your not carrying out the idea yourself and have no plans to activly help get this idea going im going to have to merge it with map ideas.

i was just thinking and wondered if the thought of the human body as a map has been suggested ever?

it could have like the digestive system,the brain(and its parts),the heart,the limbs,lungs ,ect.. i think it would be cool.. however i am far from a map maker.

good idea ? bad idea??

Ummm... you know the greek gods were the same as the roman gods, just named differently. You could do a map of mount Olympus or something like that, but Roman vs. Greek just wouldn't work.

one thing i find interesting is the face that humans and sonic's race wared with eachother along with doctor eggman, maby that could be a theme. there are also good points of intress
