EDIT: I bet you're running Claasic + Classic Shapes = Classic Shapes, Fitz. If you are then the above post would be incorrect as I had a higher rank. That was one of the reasons I didn't want to separate the two but somehow got convinced into it- those/these numbers won't be accurate... why I remember I didn't do it to begin with. I'm wondering if you shouldn't put the current Art scores into Shapes and then have everyone repost their Art numbers. To simply label the old Classic into Art would be very inaccurate.

Actually, I never came up with those numbers, someone else did. Personally, I think its all the same map, and separating doesnt make any sense. Its a technicality that they have different names, and theres just no reason to label them seperately imo...but someone did, so I copied it.

However, Ill make a Classic Category, which combines the three, called classic, and then keep the classic shapes, and classic art. If someone wants to back the old classic out of classic shapes, and classic art, that would be great, but it would be a virtual nightmare, and impossibility... though I think classic art is calculated separately by map rank

Classic Shapes does equal Classic Shapes + the old classic, but thats the way map rank does it, and Since the old classic is history, the stats will never change, and posting them, would require a 4th classic category, which seems a little much.

How does the classic art / shapes work? I mean when do you know where the classic cut off is using Map Rank GL... anyhow....

Man it has been a long time since I looked at my map rank for anything. I've well surpassed what I'm listed for in USA since it was added though. My all-time high on USA is +2335 I do believe (if I'm using map rank properly).

Well, from what I know you can click on the yellow box with a map name (after you run your Map Rank) and see a chart of your points for that map, which should display where your highest was. However, after reviewing the chart, it starts at 1000, which means that the high point of 2335 is actually a +1335 in points, so yep, you are right Lindax.

Heck, while I'm at it I can help you fill out another map or so, even though I'm sure folks can beat these scores easily enough. I just checked to see if any of my scores that were over 100 would make it onto any of the lists. They probably won't last long, but at least I can show my support, eh?
