MY work network has always been wonderfully fast. They block Conquer*Club. 
At Home I have Optiumum Sometimes Online.
Today they appear to be very much online; for a cable modem.

The really cool thing is that Google Fiber is coming to Austin sometime in 2014. The commercials promise internet speeds of up to 1Gb/s, so yeah, that's pretty fast.
