Alright, time for another update. It looks like there is no change in the final First Round game from the Andes Mountain Division, so that is still holding us up somewhat.

Group E now has their finalist, MostMackinest, so we are sitting at a stalemate until we get the first round game finished and the Second Round games finished to find the final qualifier for the Finals.

Please be patient, and this tournament will end at some point, I promise. I will post the updated standings later this evening when I return home to my other computer.

Okay, I've made an executive decision. The final First Round game has until Round 75 to make something happen and get finished or I will be determining finishing order by total armies remaining at that time.

I understand this is not the most ideal situation, and while I know the players want the points from the win, it is getting ridiculous to wait for them to finish on their own. All other Second Round games are already finished, and this tournament needs to move on.

FINALLY!

We have now secured the last player from the First Round and today I have sent the 6 games to Group F for the Second Round. At the cut-off round for the final First Round game nagerous and lord voldemort finished with 17 points apiece, but nagerous, by virtue of 1 win gets to advance.

All games have been sent, PMs with an update are sent to the waiting finalists, and we should be moving along nicely soon.

Looks like one of the guys for our games is MIA.

I have just notified negoeien to join his games as soon as possible. If he has not joined soon, I will use the next highest player from his division.

Also, does anyone remember the password for Group F games? I think I remembered it, but seem to have misplaced where I wrote it down.

No changes to the Group F games as of this morning. Although, I have to say, there is some impressive hardware in all of those games. 2 Captains and 2 Majors at the moment.

Hey guys, I have some rough news.

Due to some troubles with extended family, and due to the stress of my semester finals piling onto me this next week, I am taking a short leave of absence from the site. I should be returning on April 20th, at which time I will get us updated and rolling again.

I hate to do this to you when we've already been so long into this tournament, but for my sanity it is the best choice. There is a small chance I may return a little bit sooner, but for sure I'll be back by April 20th.

The tournament is updated as far as it can be as of today.

Alright, here's an update for all of you.

I just checked in on the Group F games, and they are still going strong with 3 of them. There were a couple of eliminations, so I have updated the standings to reflect those, and it appears that negoeien is out of contention, so it is a three man race at this point.

We are just waiting for someone to clinch Group F and then we will move on to the Finals.

We have had another game finish from Group F, and because of the outcome, Forza AZ has been eliminated from contention as well. At the moment, it is between nagerous and goggles paisano to determine our last finalist.

In order for nagerous to advance to the Finals he MUST win both remaining games from Group F, otherwise, goggles paisano is our man.

Standings have been updated accordingly.
