"chuckle" No it's not Quigley.
Hint #3
Person A: There's a job for six men, watching over a village, south of the border.
Person B: How big's the opposition?
Person A: Thirty guns.
Person B: I admire your notion of fair odds, mister

ah, well then it's prolly magnificent seven....
(never cared much for that movie... I mean, it's not bad or anything, but I get five minutes into it and all I can think about is how much I'd rather be watching seven samurai)

vtmarik wrote:I never saw Thirteen Days, maybe I should.
It's a bomb-ass movie, despite the presence of Kevin Costner and his implausible brogue... bruce greenwood absolutely knocks it out of the park as JFK, and robert culp is a quality bobby. I originally saw it mostly to see the first theatrical LOTR teaser trailer, but ended up enjoying the movie a great deal. Tense and entertaining.

Correct, your go. I liked 7 Samurai also.

Alright, this might be a touch obscure, unless you're a huge fan of the movie (like I am)...
"When I do this with my hair, you throw me the cue 'Kenilworth'."

Hint time.... here's another quote from the same movie.
'You ever take a dump that made you feel like you slept twelve hours?"

MASH?
EDIT: or perhaps Smokey and the Bandit?

a commercial inspired guess that doesn't make any sense:
Rocky

Neither.... I'll post another hint later tonight if no one gets it.

Okay, one last one... "Patel? Patel?! F*cking Shiva could hand the guy a million dollars and say 'Sign the deal!' and he wouldn't sign. Vishnu too."
Or this...
"You have to get them to sign on the line which is dotted."
I am more or less obsessed with this movie...

How bout we bring the movie quotes back into a slightly more recognizable path. These quotes from obscure/foreign films are killing me.

the sad thing is that after I posted that last hint, I had a sneaking suspicion that I'd quoted the movie in question once before in this thread (but I'm too damn lazy to look)
These have been semi-obscure quotes from glengarry glen ross... again, note my obsession with this film...
Okay, okay, here's one that seems like a slam dunk.
"Bitches leave."
EDIT: in retrospect, that quote seems a bit terse to be altogether fair. Another from the same movie (actually, a TV show within the movie):
"I'd buy that for a dollar!"

Glengarry Glen Ross is one of my favourite films, can;t believe i missed it here. "All train compartments smell vaguely of shit. It gets so you don't mind it. That is the worst thing that i can confess." David Mamet can write.
Your last quote is from Robocop.
what about:
"The flesh is weak, Johnny. Only the soul is immortal... And yours belongs to ME."

That's from Mortal Kombat: Annihilation, if I'm not mistaken.

Well since no one has posted in a couple days, and if noone minds:
Person A: I played Richard III.
Person B: Five curtain calls...
Person A: There were five curtain calls. I was an actor once, damn it. Now look at me. Look at me! I won't go out there and say that stupid line one more time.
