i challenge iamcaffiene; and relinguish DIBS ; its all the same as he will beat tamaynet 2-1 or 3-0 shortly; so this will turn into battle for #1 spot.

Not so sure about that .... usually the ladder records the challenge and location of the 2 combatants at the time of the challange ... not the location of where the players might be at a later time.

I currently see iAmCaffeine in 3rd and nothing reported in the post regarding any update on his battle with Tamaynet

Actually after looking back a bit .. after beating Chris.yfc you are higher on the ladder as well

Currently 2 of the 3 games for #1 spot are stil ongoing

right, Elric; tamaynets in first, but I'm betting 1amcaffeine will beat him in 2nd game in a few rounds so that when my new war with caffeine is near the end, caffeine should be in first by then... if tamaynet pulls a crazy come from behind , more power to him ; I like the guy already

Gonna let this one slide, but technically, it's an invalid match. Rule #10 comes into play...BUT, I've been on the road with training for my new position and it's been five days since this challenge was issued...that's way too long in my book to cancel a match.

If Gangus loses he has to challenge someone else before he can challenge Russde again.

I just checked the iAmCaffeine vs. Tamaynet match...iAC has won 2 of the games so far and Tamaynet is winning the third.

Normally, I would not allow challenges to be made early, as Elric pointed out, you don't know if a miracle comeback is gonna happen.

DIBS is open and I've already recorded the challenge from T4 to iAC...once the iAC vs Tamaynet match is reported, then I'll update the Ladder accordingly.

My match with tamaynet indeed finished 2-1 in my favour, well played. I waited until it was decided to make my home game in the t4 challenge at least.

I just read thru that blizzard of posts that Celliottii made recording all the different challenges and dibs and, and....etc.

Just wanted to post: Thank you Celliottii! It's a mind-boggling task that you have and I, for one, appreciate it. I enjoy the Ladder and enjoy the fruits of your (and others, I know that Celli isn't the only one involved with the ladder) labor.

Sorry I've not reported this already but I managed to beat General Roy 2 outta 3. As always, he kicked my tail mercilessly in his home game but I managed to sneak the others by thanks to good drops and being first in my home and challenge games.

So I'd like to challenge t4mcr53s2 with Game 15322368 and Game 15322371. Walled.

And may I echo earlier comments about Herr Laddermeister, Chuck celliottii? I've long held him in the highest esteem just because of all the ladder work he does for us. And that's not even mentioning all his work with the SoC or the charity work in his hometown. That's also not mentioning his skills as a player but then... we were talking about his good things. Right?
