It's a joke from the show.

There was a two-part episode called "Who shot Mr. Burns?" where Mr. Burns was shot (Duh). At the end of the second episode, you find out that Mr. Burns was trying to take her candy and dropped his gun, so she shot him.

I didn't see that. I made Homer the JOAT anyway, because he's done a lot of odd jobs over the course of the show.
