Hmmm.

I get the fog rule-rule, but isnt there an unintended concequence?: It could offset the goal difference pretty badly. - As in its possible to win a game with a very substantial goal difference if you get enough 2nd turns. - Im thinking that players that mess up the fog rule may also be more likely to be less serious players and 2nd turn wins would still be fairly likely.?

Don't know about "fairly likely". But so far there have only been a couple of instances.

Any rule, or not having a rule, has consequences, unintended or not. We think this is the one of the fairest ways to deal with it.

So the people receiving free goals, that is only for that one match and wont have anything to do with final group standings correct? Otherwise someone could bet 3 or 4 free goals and win the group with a crappy record.

It might have affect on goal difference if there is a tie. Like Lindax said there is no perfect way to do this, but we try our best to be fair. If it doesn't work out we will look at alternatives for future editions.

Question: How can I provide which attacks were made if I did not make any attacks?

In those two games that I quoted here, I made zero attacks. I did make a mistake and attack on the other. Yeah, I screwed up on that one. However, on the three games that Traffic posted, I only attacked on one.
