Thank you for the suggestion dakky and, I admit that it's more detail-oriented then my solution, but I don't want to spend the rest of the game pointlessly arguing if the votes made with the crying emoticon should count because they feel blue.

After reviewing the play, the decision is: The vote was blue. After the vote was cast, illegal contact with the mod (poking), one vote penalty so the play results in NO VOTE! (as per rules)

After exhaustive searching I could find no blue with THAT description...making it hard to follow your own rules there mod
